Though Senior Experts is not a Job platform, Senior Citizens can work on Projects as per interest and will. The Project can be Full-time, Part-time or Contractual depending on the Project requirements.

No. Registration on Senior Experts is absolutely free of cost. However, there are certain Fees for some features available on the platform. Please refer to the Subscription plans for the details.

As we mentioned earlier, we are not Job platforms but more of a medium to bring Senior Experts and Business Enterprises together, we don’t guarantee any jobs. Moreover, due the vast professional experience that Senior Citizen have, the probability of getting a suitable project is comparatively higher than a regular Job portal. Also, the projects are skill based so, it depends on whether your profile suits the requirements of the project.

You can decide on the remunerations that you would be willing to work for, based on the Project requirements and your negotiation with the concerned Business enterprise.

Senior Citizens hold an edge over young professionals due to their decades of experience. During their active professional career, they have been exposed to various critical situations and hence their insights can help businesses tackle various situations proactively.

The projects relate various roles which may include Sales also. However, you always have the freedom to chose what kind of projects do you want to work on. So, before you take up a project, clarify on all the Project requirements and enter the Contract on clear terms.

As soon as you enter into an agreement with a Business enterprise, they are required to submit the agreed remuneration into a third party account which acts as a trustee for the benefit of both the involved parties, Senior Citizens and Buiness Enterprises. So, your remuneration is safe as long as you deliver as per the terms of the agreement.

To ensure that the interests of both parties are safeguarded, Government recognised third-party institutions act as a trustee of the Contract payments. These institutions require your ID’s for the KYC purposes.
